Job Description A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Senior Manager of DevSecOps to lead and evolve their security, access, and infrastructure enablement across a growing cloud‑based platform. This role will serve as a key owner of DevSecOps strategy and execution, working closely with engineering teams and partnering with leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant systems. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, an ownership mindset, and the ability to lead in an environment that values collaboration and flexibility over rigid structure. Skills and Requirements Strong DevSecOps leadership experience with deep knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), access controls, firewalls, connectivity, and secure data access routing (“data to people”). Hands‑on experience securing and enabling cloud infrastructure, including AWS environments and Kubernetes‑based platforms. Working knowledge of infrastructure automation and CI/CD, with the ability to operate effectively in environments where pipelines and processes are still evolving. Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements, with a collaborative, low‑friction approach to partnering with engineers and individual contributors. Proven ability to lead initiatives, drive execution forward, and take ownership of the security domain in partnership with senior technical leadership.
