Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Manager of Collections to join our North America Agreement to Cash team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cash collection performance, reducing aged receivables, and leading a multi-layered organization of internal and external resources.
You will be a key member of the Senior Manager for North America Agreement to Cash team, working in a high-energy environment that thrives on change and protects what customers value most by bridging the physical and digital worlds.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive Financial Performance: Own the North America collections portfolio by managing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Bad Debt Expense to ensure predictable cash flow and liquidity.
Lead Multi-Layered Teams: Develop and manage a high-performing organization of internal employees and outsourced partners within a Global Business Services model to achieve execution excellence.
Execute Strategic Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Global Collections Policies and internal control requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance and audit readiness. What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3–5+ years of experience in Collections, Billing, or Agreement to Cash functions, preferably within a multinational enterprise.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or similar platforms, Salesforce, and advanced financial reporting analytics.
Proven ability in leading large, matrixed teams and negotiating high-value accounts receivable balances with strategic enterprise customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
