Job Description As Senior Manager of AI Platform Engineering, you will lead the day‑to‑day implementation and evolution of AI agents within a client‑facing, in‑house AI platform, with a specific focus on intelligence detection. You will oversee and guide the development of new agents and enhancements to existing ones, contributing directly to architectural and technical decisions that shape agent behavior, performance, and scalability. Partnering closely with the AI platform team and other cross‑functional stakeholders, you will ensure seamless integration, adherence to SDLC best practices, and rigorous change management and testing. In this role, you will manage and mentor a distributed engineering team, providing clear technical direction, explaining the rationale behind decisions, and fostering growth and accountability. You will also evaluate vendor technologies and platform tradeoffs, apply your knowledge of intent detection, memory systems, and orchestration frameworks, and serve as a trusted technical leader who can operate effectively in a highly direct, fast‑moving environment while building long‑term internal capability.
