YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nDevelop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and security practices to safeguard DHL employees, customers' shipments, and DHL assets and information against loss, damage, and incident.\nCoordinate country security activities and ensure compliance of DHL staff and sub-contractors with security procedures, as specified in the Global Security Manual and Prohibited and Restricted Commodities Policy.\nRetain processed and standards necessary for accreditations such as TAPA, FSR, ICAO, CAA, RA3 etc.\nConducting security audits, investigations, and risk analyses to address incidents and improve site security practices..\nBuilding strong networks with industry security professionals, law enforcement, and internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end shipment security.\nManaging security case reporting systems, analyzing incident data, and recommending effective actions to mitigate risks.\nCoordinating and delivering security training programs to foster awareness and compliance among staff and subcontractors. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

YOUR PROFILE

\n\nMinimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).\nPrior experience in implementing processes and documentation for accreditations such as TAPA FSR, ICAO, CAA, RA3 etc.\nMinimum 7-8 years' experience in security management, preferably in the logistics or airline sector.\nPrior experience in dealing with public officials such as Police, Customs, ANF, etc is preferred.\nStrong analytical and decision-making skills focusing on risk, management, and compliance.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working under pressure and leading teams effectively.\n\n
