Role and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible in leading and managing medical marketing for a Global Brand Portfolio - creating, executing and monitoring brand strategy.
Building Brands
Provide short term and long-term strategic direction for the brandConceptualize, develop& execute the full medical marketing mix to drive the brand agenda.Work closely with the HCN Science team to deliver strong insights for HCP communicationWorks collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to develop impactful campaigns & drive superior market resultsBusiness Forecasting/Results - work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts.Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force.Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market through formal sources of feedback like research (Structured / MR driven etc.)Undertake field work to establish a strong connect with KOLs
Financials & Budgetary Control
Achieve Market Share, topline & bottom-line targetsBudgetary control for cost managementRisk management & compliance control.Experience Needed
10-12 years of experience (post MBA, preferably Tier 1)Experience in Pharma / OTC (Pediatric segment exposure is a must)Team ManagementAbout Danone India:
