As the Senior Marketing and eCommerce Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for enabling Hilton hotels in EMEA to reach optimal online presence and visibility levels to drive online channel performance. The Senior Manager will be supporting hotels on escalated commercial performance questions working with both internal and external partners, commercial stakeholders and the wider Marketing and Loyalty organisation.
Securing share of voice for EMEA hotels will be your key focus by running tactical hotel level campaigns while supporting the Marketing and eCommerce team in building a wider framework for both mid and lower funnel opportunities with a direct impact at hotel level.
What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & eCommerce Consulting, your core responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Plan and execute performance marketing initiatives which support the entire EMEA portfolio.
• Address complex commercial eCommerce and marketing questions from EMEA hotels and internal corporate teams via designated communication channels, to build and maintain competitive levels of online presence and conversion rates, by engaging with available enterprise-wide programmes, trainings, and toolkits.
• Liaise and work closely with stakeholders to address specific commercial needs for marketing and eCommerce performance analysis and deep dives.
• Find opportunities to scale individual hotel solutions to the whole portfolio and in turn drive performance for the region.
• Launch new commercial levers to increase conversion in Hilton owned channels for the EMEA region, monitor success, and empower EMEA hotels with best practice guidelines to maximise on this tactical opportunity.
• Assess and launch new tech into the team to gain efficiencies and further strengthen the self-serve proposition for hotel training.
• Proactively participate in formal and informal ideation processes to feed initiatives into the enterprise-wide value workstream.

• Previous experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
• Previous experience with Web Analytics Platform i.e. Adobe Analytics or similar
• Previous experience with advanced Excel and / or Excel Data Models
• Previous experience with CRM platforms i.e. Salesforce or similar
