Senior Manager/Manager Implementation

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Senior Manager/Manager Implementation role! In this role, your responsibility will focus on managing a team of Implementation professionals at APAC level. You will have a strong focus on process optimization, system implementation, project management, and customer communication. Significant coaching is expected as well as alignment with other Implementation leaders and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of implementation project managers and consultants to ensure timely and successful project deliveryOutline employee role accountabilities and expectations; provide coaching and manage performance to ensure productivity, quality, efficiency, and service objectives are achievedDevelop direct reports in systems and analytics skillsResponsible for overall functions & successes of the team, including reporting team activities to leadership, monitoring performance, & assigning team resources to project teamsServe as escalation point for internal stakeholders around project concernsDevelop relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a point of escalation for projectsCreate & maintain project management templatesMonitor & enforce use of documentation for all projectsEnsure project information is successfully transferred to appropriate teamsAssist in design of project as requested by team members or as evident by project monitoringSupport Business Development staff with appropriate resourcesSupport the creation Statements of Work, including cost estimates, for both internal & client projectsCoach other team members on issues related to new implementations such as; solution design, risk identification, IT supportSupport internal cross functional initiatives where Implementation resources are neededAssist in managing aspects related to P&L including personnel cost, team expenses

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/universityMinimum 5 years of experience in the logistics/supply chain industry, in a project/analytical or account management roleMinimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teamsAbility to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)Excellent English written & verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programsDevelops and maintains an environment of continuous improvementCreates and supports a culture of teamworkExcellent formal and informal presentation skillsExperience communicating to C, V and D level customer rolesFacilitate meetings with internal and external C, V and D level rolesImplementation and change management experienceCommitment to personal developmentExcellent analysis & problem-solving skillsHighly service & detail orientedValues a diverse and inclusive work environment
