Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Property Management, Legal, or a related field. Relevant postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 8 or higher). Minimum of 10 years’ experience in property management at management or senior consultant level. At least 3 years’ experience in leasehold management or a similar role. In-depth understanding of property management dynamics. Advanced management and administration skills. Experience working in multicultural and diverse teams.
