This is a full-time on-site role located in the Karachi Division for a Senior Manager (and potential Director) – IT Audit and Risk Assurance at A.F. Ferguson & Co.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing IT audits, assessing and assuring IT systems and processes, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing audit strategies, conducting audits, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvements. The role also involves managing a team of 40+ audit professionals, client interactions, and continuous monitoring of IT controls and risks.Qualifications
 Experience in leading and managing IT audits and risk assessmentsStrong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and controlsUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage and lead a team effectivelyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsBachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are a plusRelevant experience in the professional services or consulting industry
