Senior Manager IT – Sr Product Manager – Salesforce Integrations at a glance …

You are a key member of our digital transformation team, you’ll drive the delivery of complex Salesforce implementations across a wide range of industries and clouds.

You’ll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, innovative solutions. 

What's on the menu?

Own cross-cloud delivery — Lead end-to-end implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Data Cloud. 

Drive Agile project execution — Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, user story creation, sprint planning, demos, UAT, and release management using DevOps tools like Copado. 

Design robust Salesforce solutions — Translate business needs into scalable architectures, including data models, security frameworks, Flows, Process Builder, Apex, and omnichannel customer experiences. 

Coordinate enterprise integrations — Architect and manage integrations with ERP, contact centers, data warehouses, and marketing platforms via REST/SOAP APIs, SAP IS, and Platform Events. 

Champion user enablement — Lead training sessions, create documentation, and ensure high adoption of Salesforce features across the business.

Recipe for Success:

You have 5-7 years of Agile Product Management experience managing the software development lifecycle and at least 3 years of Salesforce experience.

You have led multiple Salesforce implementations — Successfully delivered at least three full-cycle Salesforce rollouts, managing system integrators, modules, or key workstreams. 

You're a cross-cloud expert — Deep hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Experience (Communities), Marketing, Commerce, and Data Clouds. 

You stay ahead of the curve — You track Salesforce’s triannual releases and incorporate innovations (like Agentforce or Einstein) into your solutions. Trailhead certifications are a plus!  

You’re a process architect — You bring strong business process design skills and know how to align them with Salesforce capabilities. 

You remove roadblocks — Skilled at navigating organizational hurdles and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$118,400.00 – $148,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
