We are looking for a Sr Manager - Integrated Talent Management (ITM) - Spain, who will lead ITM strategy and initiatives to ensure sustainable talent acquisition, talent development and future talent bench for the country. 

Key Accountabilities:  

Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning 

Facilitate strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization is prepared for the future. 

Identify and deploy Buy, Build, Borrow, Bot initiatives 

Provide ITM consulting support to Business Partners to design and evolve a holistic approach to developing the skills, knowledge, experience and behaviors required to deliver the Function strategy 

Collaborate with GTAD team to develop a sustainable talent attraction plans to build diverse pipelines for future needs and provide quarterly recruitment forecast to GTAD 

Design and deployment of talent attraction and talent development programs to build a sustainable pipeline of talent 

Talent, Performance Management and Development  

Together with P&C Managers, support business leaders in identifying diverse talents, planning and executing their individual development, building succession plans for critical roles in the country. 

Drive performance culture enabling managers and employees to set expectations and goals, give and receive feedback and discuss professional development needs and career aspirations 

Deploy leadership development programs to ensure current and emerging leaders have the skills to drive the culture, effectively lead, engage and develop their teams. 

Design and deploy the local learning offer to support the development of capabilities in line with business goals, building initiatives that foster a culture of growth  

We’re looking for someone with: 

Education:  

Possible degrees include business management / administration or HR management would be desirable. 

P&C Key Capabilities:  

Data driven, business focused, and experience led 

Strategic Workforce Planning 

Expert understanding of core P&C areas of intervention (talent management, learning and leadership development, talent acquisition and performance management)
