Senior Manager Infrastructure Risk & Security (Global Security)

Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The infrastructure risk and security team is growing and undertaking multiple initiatives as part of an ongoing Cyber Technology Office (CTO) plan to optimize, mature and expand Infrastructure risk and controls governance processes within the organization. We are looking for a seasoned Cyber Security professional to lead a team and strategically plan, manage, and execute the successful delivery of those initiatives. The role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished in a timely manner.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Assess and identify potential opportunities to optimize existing Infrastructure risk & security controls, processes, and tools with the objective to increase the maturity level of the network security controls.Responsible for the expansion of Network Security risk assessment and controls accreditation services within GCS and lead a team of Senior Infrastructure Risk Analysts in the delivery of the roadmap.Manage the planning and execution of Enterprise-wide network security controls accreditation in a time efficient manner. Partner with stakeholders globally to drive enterprise engagement and execution of control accreditation requirements.Collaborate and contribute on cross-functional Global Security & Cyber Technology Office initiatives and ensure the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key Technology and Operations partners.Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Information Security, Computing, and Information Systems or equivalent experience 4+ years of proven experience planning and delivering Cyber Security related projects within a large-scale environment in the financial service industry.A strong understanding of Network Security & Cyber Security controls and technologies.Strong software development and/or process automation experience and experience with DevOps tools and practices.Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while managing a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to take initiative, drive outcomes, and challenge the status quo to improve security capabilities.Strong understanding of ISO 27002, NIST 800 series and COBIT Control framework.Creative problem-solving and analytical skills with the proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment while partnering with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.Working Knowledge of GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow, etc.)

Nice-to-have: 

Effective communication skills and ability to explain highly technical information to drive/influence decisions across stakeholders.Strategic thinker with excellent people skills to work across technical and executive stakeholders.Solid understanding of current / emerging technologyWorking knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)Relevant industry certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM CCSP or CISA Certifications
