Senior Manager IBP, EEMEA
**Position summary:** This role is responsible for supply chain planning operation and execution processes. You will serve as the leader to drive regional inventory performance to optimal levels and maximize customer service by aligning on expectations with divisional / country commercial teams. **Essential duties & responsibilities:** + Drives and executes regional supply & inventory planning in strategic, operational, and executional processes + Responsible for creation of regional strategic allocation plans and shares the allocation planning outputs with country commercial stakeholders across the region + Acts as a central point of contact for the markets/regions, when additional inventory should be deployed from the central stock pool, so satisfy local market & regional inventory requests + Partners with commercial finance team in deploying strategic inventory planning and management capabilities (inventory policies, segmentation, inventory targets, etc.) at a regional level + Collaborates to set appropriate financial targets and optimal inventory levels across the network + Provides franchise and regional specific business insights and guidance to customize inventory planning and management capabilities + Recommends and facilitates inputs for the new product inventory target levels setting across the global network + Coordinates with respective countries to gather inventory related challenges and presents regional view of inventory and plans/projections in appropriate forums + Provides input on region specific inventory related investment decisions + Provides input to inventory optimization recommendations, adjustments and executing overall, regional inventory strategy + Manages inter-regional stock transfer orders to optimal inventory and evaluates cost / benefit analysis + Provides input into regional E&O projections, reduction plans and strategies; also facilitates E&O disposition plans + Presents supply & inventory scenarios, constraints, and business implications in IBP forum as needed + Provides supply & inventory analytics and mid/long term projections at regional, franchise, and country levels + Manages a team of individuals and ensures all are developed, coached and capable of performing their roles **Education & special trainings:** + Degree level in Business / Engineering / Supply Chain Management + APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation highly preferred + S&OP/IBP formally accredited [e.g. Oliver Wight] highly preferred + Proficient in verbal, written English, and preferably a second language depending on global location **Qualifications & experience:** + Minimum of 5 years of / Sales / Planning / Supply Chain experience, preferably in the medical devices industry or other highly regulated environment + Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and deploying organizational capabilities + Demonstrated experience leveraging industry standard equations for inventory management Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
