Senior Manager - HR Technology, Innovation & AI Enablement

How you’ll make an impact:

We’re reimagining how HR delivers value — combining operational excellence with forward-thinking innovation. As the Senior Manager of HR Technology Innovation & AI Enablement, you’ll play a critical role in modernizing our HR systems, driving adoption of digital tools, and introducing AI-powered solutions that enhance employee experience and business impact.

You’ll work closely with the VP of HR Technology & Digital Solutions to accelerate the transformation of our HR technology ecosystem — helping to pilot and scale AI-driven tools, reimagine employee-facing experiences, and foster a culture of digital innovation across HR. To accomplish this, you will:

Lead initiatives to improve adoption and impact of HR platforms including user feedback loops and business readiness planningConfigure and deploy AI agents using platforms like Microsoft Copilot to solve real HR challenges and demonstrate business valueAlign our HR AI tools, governance, and roadmaps with IT and enterprise capabilitiesCollaborate with the VP of HR Technology & Digital Solutions to execute on the strategic roadmap for AI, automation, and digital HR transformationEstablish and manage an HR AI Champion Network to scale innovation across teamsFacilitate focus groups, surveys, and other engagement methods to inform digital HR strategiesPartner with HR COEs to assess current tools, identify gaps, and recommend build/buy solutionsPartner with HR Technology team to improve HR processes and mature continuous improvement methods and toolsSupport the development of KPIs and success metrics for AI and digital initiativesChampion human-centric design and self-service enablement in employee-facing toolsSupport the upskilling of HR leadership on AI and digital capabilities through training and enablementStay current on HR tech and AI trends, bringing forward insights to inform smart investments and innovationHelp operationalize delivery practices to accelerate time-to-value for new tools and innovationsFoster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning around emerging technologies

This role will be hybrid and based out of our Irvine, CA HQ.

What you’ll need (Required):

Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of HR experience or Master’s Degree with 8 years of HR experience

What else we look for (Preferred):

Experience with HR technology, digital transformation, or product enablementStrong understanding of enterprise HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow)Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in HR or business processesExperience building or managing AI agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow Virtual Agent)Exposure to change management and user adoption strategiesPassion for improving employee experience, career development, and access to informationExcellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive changeA self-starter mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning on the fly

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $136,000 to $192,000 (highly experienced).
