Senior Manager - HR Ops

About Team:
This position is responsible for leading HR operations across manufacturing units and the technical center, managing an overall headcount of approximately 4,000+ employees spread across multiple locations.

 

What you can look forward to as HR Operations Leader:
•    Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient execution of HR processes
•    Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
•    Oversee HR systems and databases
•    Overall review of employee local training and development programs
•    Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for decision-making
 
Your profile as HR Operations Leader:
•    Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
•    Strong knowledge of HR systems.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
•    Exposure to Travel management will be good
•    In-depth understanding of Payroll, employee lifecycle activities, BGV, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
