Ashley Distribution Services is hiring a Senior Freight Pricing Manager to lead freight pricing strategies, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional pricing projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams to streamline pricing operations, improve tools, and support new business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Own and maintain pricing tools, processes, and SOPs.

Lead cross-functional pricing projects and RFPs

Identify and execute freight cost optimization opportunities

Manage customer onboarding for pricing and lane selection

Recommend and implement pricing process improvements

Conduct regular customer rate reviews and suggest adjustments

 

What do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

5+ years in freight pricing or logistics

Strong analytical, Excel, and data skills

Experience leading cross-functional projects

Knowledge of TMS and freight markets
