Then come and join our global Treasury team as Senior Manager Financing Services (f/m/d) to shape and execute governance for Sales Financing and closely collaborating with the Managing Board for needed approval processes.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


This position can also be located outside of Germany at the following locations:

Amsterdam, NetherlandsLisbon, Portugal


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will shape and execute governance for Sales Financing, including the development of directives, guidance, and training for the global Siemens Healthineers finance and sales communities.You will act as a sparring partner to a global team of 35+ Sales Financing and Finance Advisory experts, supporting customer financing solutions across international markets.You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Region and Zone Finance, Sales, Legal, and Accounting) to ensure effective deal execution and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.You will evaluate and assess exception requests in Sales Financing, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and providing well-founded recommendations to support decision-making.You will prepare high-quality executive summaries and decision proposals for Sales Finance applications, enabling transparent and efficient decision-making at the managing board level.You will independently manage ad-hoc strategic assignments for the SHS TRE Financial Services management team.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field - master’s degree or PhD preferredYou bring many years of professional experience in Sales and Project Financing, including program development and collaboration with Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) and International/Development Finance Institutions (e.g., IFC, EBRD, ADB).You have profound international work experience and demonstrate strong intercultural competence, enabling effective collaboration with global teams and partners – especially at managing board level.You have prior experience in a multinational corporation, with a strong understanding of corporate structures and internal processes

You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, enabling you to engage confidently across business areas, cultures, and management levels.You demonstrate strong professional judgment, with proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address both immediate and strategic challenges.You thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments, working effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams.You bring a deep curiosity of the Siemens Healthineers business and portfolio, with a passion for contributing to its global success.
