Job Description
The Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis role is an important position within the Corporate Finance FP&A team, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will report into the VP FP&A and lead the Annual planning process, quarterly cycles and providing regular support to Investor Relations (IR). You will oversee the reporting of many internal and external measurements that are used by the CEO and CFO to better understand and help guide overall company performance. You will also need to be a change leader assessing the current state, defining opportunities to improving efficiency in all processes and driving that change through the organization to support our organizational goals both short-term and longer term.
You will directly manage a team of four finance employees.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop the global organization's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by working with the financial teams to create projected annual targets and scenario analysis including important assumptions and investment prioritization;Lead us through the quarterly forecasting and reporting process; provide prioritized analysis to leadership to make decisions on external and internal forecasts and guidance;Manage and review the Corporate FP&A interaction with Investor Relations: reviewing multiple reports and deliverables provided to Investor Relations, managing external guidance setting process and reportingAnalyze operating results and identify risks and opportunities, recommend actions to business partners and leadership team to improve overall operational and financial performanceResponsible for the functional support of the TI, SCD, HR, OGC organizations spend reporting and forecasting.Manage and review the preparation and execution for the Board of Directors presentations throughout the year according to the CFO needs.Coordinate annual Business Strategy Review (BSR) for the total company• Frequent interaction and dialog with CEO and CFO along with other Finance colleagues to ensure overall alignment across the companyWork on special projects or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Corporate Finance leadership teamResponsible for the work staff (direct & indirect) – providing feedback in addition to reviewing their workThe Essentials - You Will Have:
