Your Impact: Understands client business domain and drive Digital Business Transformation (DBT) opportunity end to end Drive architecture, design, estimation, planning, and collaborate with the client to implement and take solutions to production. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile developers, engineers, or operations specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure timely delivery of mobile projects. Coach, mentor, and guide product engineering culture and own people growth. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the mobile ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience: Provide strategic guidance on mobile architecture, frameworks, and tools (primarily on iOS, Android and optionally on hybrid frameworks like Flutter or React Native). Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance mobile performance, scalability, and user satisfaction. Troubleshoot complex issues and guide the team in resolving technical challenges. Stakeholder Communication. Act as the primary point of contact for mobile-related initiatives, presenting updates, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, or clients to align mobile efforts with business needs.
