Your Skill SetMaster's or bachelor's degree in engineering.15 + years of minimum relevant work experience, preferably with a recent Big4 business consulting practice.Previous experience in consulting sales and proposal development, along with involvement in internal company initiatives are mandatory.Strong analytical and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.Ideally you should have worked with the leading ERP technology solutions for supply chain & operations management (preferably SAP/Coupa/Ariba).Previous experience in a Global SAP Central Finance design/deployment is an added advantage.Previous experience in one or more of the following areas of supply chain: operating model design, manufacturing, supply chain and distribution footprint optimization, supply chain planning, logistics and transportation, or warehouse management.As an advantage we consider experience in large global transformation projects and exposure to improving supply chain or operations functions along the value chain (preferably involving LATAM & China regions).Solid track record in delivering projects as a leader with a high degree of independence.Proven ability to coach and mentor geographically diverse team members.Fluency in English is a must, with German or French considered an advantage.Flexibility for travel is also required.Proficiency with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Signavio for process mapping.
