**Description and Requirements**
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead a high-performing national sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across commercial and corporate segments, focusing on clients with 500+ employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, team management, and strategic account development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Team Leadership & Development**
+ Lead, coach, and develop a diverse national sales team to exceed targets.
+ Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
+ Implement training programs and sales enablement strategies.
+ **Sales Strategy & Execution**
+ Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments.
+ Identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes.
+ Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts.
+ **Account Management**
+ Oversee strategic account planning and relationship management.
+ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
+ Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
+ **Performance & Reporting**
+ Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure team performance.
+ Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
+ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
+ 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
+ Proven success managing national or regional sales teams.
+ Experience selling to commercial and corporate clients (500+ employees).
+ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
