We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead a high-performing national sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across commercial and corporate segments, focusing on clients with 500+ employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, team management, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a diverse national sales team to exceed targets. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Implement training programs and sales enablement strategies. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments. Identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts. Account Management Oversee strategic account planning and relationship management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Performance & Reporting Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to ensure team performance. Provide regular forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven success managing national or regional sales teams. Experience selling to commercial and corporate clients (500+ employees). Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
