Position Summary
This position is responsible for the cash management of SEA, the financing of North American (NA) subsidiaries, and the implementation of new treasury processes and systems at NAHQ. This position requires strong analytical and research skills, communication skills with various departments and subsidiaries, as well as leadership and an innovative mindset to lead change management and to successfully implement various kinds of projects to improve treasury operations.Role and Responsibilities
Lead site and app channel strategy, planning, and execution to drive optimizations through data driven analysis and customer insights (macro trends, customer data, and search trends).
Develop and communicate vision, defining the strategic direction across the digital appliance categories. Ensure ecommerce guiding principles drive consistent experiences that balance new launches, key promotional drive times, as well as seasonality.
Build strategies in close collaboration with category management, marketing, and product teams to deliver and exceed KPI goals which include customer click through, add-to-cart, continuation down the funnel, and conversion.
Ideate, develop and launch new features in partnership with product, engineering and UX teams, informed by user research, A/B testing, and competitive benchmarking.
Gain buy-in from cross-functional partners and leadership teams through clear communication, strategic proposals aimed at driving ROI, and influence through data.

Skills and Qualifications
May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy
Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome
Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas
Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
