The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. The Consumer New Product Development team is responsible for leading large, cross-functional teams to drive new products, benefits, and capabilities from conceptualization to market launch. We are a highly motivated and collaborative team, looking for a leader with vision who has proven product development skills, relentless customer focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role has high visibility and broad exposure to many critical areas of the US Consumer business. **Key Responsibilities** + Drive the vision and delivery of new marketing and revenue driving capabilities, grounded in a strong understanding of the customer, business goals, regulatory/financial environment, and technology + Play a critical role in concept development, feasibility assessment and end-to-end customer experience design + Translate customer research, usability studies and market analysis into clear, actionable product or capability requirements + Own products/capabilities through development, testing and launch, advocating for the best outcomes while balancing customer value, feasibility, and risk + Write and prioritize features for new products or marketing capabilities, balancing the needs of customers with internal goals and resources + Lead and align cross-functional partners across Marketing, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Digital Product, and others on the E2E product development process to launch + Serve as a central point of accountability for delivery, proactively aligning stakeholders and keeping initiatives moving forward through ambiguity and change + Collaborate with internal tech investment planning and delivery teams to continuously improve allocation of tech funding and product development processes **Required Skills** + Strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving mindset; comfortable working at the intersection of business, customer experience, and technology + Proactive, self-directed, and accountable—able to independently drive multiple initiatives forward without relying on constant direction + Solution-oriented, results-driven, with a bias toward action, ownership, and delivering high-quality outcomes + Willingness to improve processes to drive better launch outcomes + Deep customer empathy and an end-user-focused approach to decision-making + Sound judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to move forward amid ambiguity and incomplete information + Enterprise-minded and confident communicator who connects the dots, asks thoughtful questions, and respectfully challenges assumptions + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence partners and senior leaders + Experience creating and managing a list of features with ability to prioritize based on business/customer value and feasibility + Familiarity with Agile or scaled Agile environments and product management tools (ex. Rally or similar), including backlog management and prioritization + Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in product development or a related role; experience in marketing, financial services, or technology preferred **Qualifications** Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
