This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, a passion for consumer behavior and market dynamics, and a knack for translating data into strategic insights. You will work across business functions—marketing, sales, supply chain, and product innovation—to build data-driven strategies that shape the future of our brands. **Qualification:** Postgraduate degree in Data Science Statistics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline. **Required skillset:** Experience in advanced analytics, data science, or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven track record of deploying analytics and AI/ML solutions in complex, regulated, or data-scarce environments. Hands-on experience with Python/R, SQL, cloud ML platforms, and data visualization tools. **Nice to Have:** Prior experience working in a regulated industry or CPG. Prior experience designing ML/AI solutions for Sales/Commercial and Marketing users to drive revenue directly, and with Supply Chain/Corporate functions to drive efficiencies Preferred Attributes: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
