This role owns the multi-year product roadmap and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions that empower business units across Toyota. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation. **What you’ll be doing** + Define and own the product roadmap for data platforms including data lakehouse architecture, data science environments, ML Ops capabilities, and BI/analytics tools. + Lead a team that collaborates closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features and enhancements. + Own prioritization of product backlog to maximize business value and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. + Partner with technology teams to ensure scalable, secure, and performant platform solutions. + Lead cross-functional teams in agile ceremonies, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of product increments. + Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders. + Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve Toyota’s data ecosystem. + Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing team of data product managers and technical professionals. + Support change management and training initiatives to drive adoption of new capabilities across the organization. + Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric product development. **What you bring** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. + 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in data platforms, analytics, or related domains. + Strong understanding of data lakehouse architectures and modern data engineering principles. + Experience with data science platforms and ML Ops frameworks. + Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. + Agile/Scrum experience with ability to lead cross-functional teams. + Hands-on knowledge of BI and analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Google Looker. + Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices. + Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps that align with business strategy. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. + Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Added bonus if you have** + Master’s degree in data science, Analytics, or related field. + Progressive IT leadership experience, including leading high-performing teams. + Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. + Relevant certifications such as PMP, CPA, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure). + Certifications in Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO) or Agile methodologies. + Knowledge of automotive industry data trends and challenges is a plus. **What we’ll bring** During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
