Our offices in Sofia are seeking a **Senior Manager Data Analytics & Digital Twin** to join our international data center initiatives within the **Virtual System Solutions** department
Danfoss is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Manager Data Analytics & Digital Twin** to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics and digital twin technologies across our Data Center Solutions business. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, machine learning, digital twin development, and the data center industry. You will build and manage a high-performing team, define strategic direction, and drive innovation to enhance Danfoss's competitive advantage
In this role, you will manage and own several digital projects. The position requires a collaborative and flexible approach, as you will be working individually on projects, but at the same time collaborating a lot in cross-functional teams with software developers, external partners and other stakeholders.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Define and execute the strategic vision for data analytics and digital twin technologies within Danfoss's Data Center Solutions business.
+ Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
+ Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to improve data center efficiency, optimize operations, and enhance product development.
+ Lead the development and implementation of digital twin technologies for Danfoss's data center cooling solutions.
+ Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics and digital twins to improve business outcomes.
+ Identify and evaluate new technologies and approaches in data analytics and digital twin development.
+ Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
+ Manage the budget and resources allocated to data analytics and digital twin initiatives.
+ Represent Danfoss externally as a thought leader in data analytics and digital twin technologies within the data center industry.
+ Develop and deliver presentations and reports on progress and key findings to senior management.
**What We're Looking For**
This role requires a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of **10 years of experience** in data analytics. Additionally, proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and their implementation in project management is essential.
In addition to that, we are looking out for the following:
+ Deep understanding of data analytics techniques, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling.
+ Extensive experience with digital twin development and implementation, including data acquisition, model development, and simulation.
+ Strong understanding of the data center industry and its key challenges and opportunities.
+ Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise business language.
+ Familiarity with data center cooling technologies is a plus.
