How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdue with accounts that have a high exposure.
Project Management and Strategy & Transformation:
Flawless design of strategy and execution of initiatives across Client Hierarchy – Centre of Excellence, impacting customer experience, capabilities, and demand management
Offer insights and recommendations based on industry’s best practices and showcase design thinking to develop and implement efficiency. A good understanding of external leading practices is important.Prior experience in process improvement via automation capabilities is a must.Ensure effective communication and seamless change management for projects in driving process and capability deployment across the network. Engage with all global stakeholders to ensure smooth and streamlined transitions.Lead and manage process transformation projects from inception to completion, monitor project progress and manage the reporting.Conduct post implementation reviews to assess impact of changes implemented, reporting to key stakeholders and metric calculations.Develop senior management level high quality presentations on a frequent basis.
Reporting and Technical Aspect:
Develop, maintain, and automate business performance reports and dashboards. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data across the organization. Standardize reporting formats and frameworks for cross-functional teams.Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders. Support business forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking.Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and priorities. Present insights in a clear, concise manner tailored to various audiences. Act as a subject matter expert for data-driven decision-making.Drive initiatives in predictive modeling, segmentation, and statistical analysis. Leverage BI tools, SQL, and statistical software to deliver advanced insights. Support digital transformation and automation of reporting processes.
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring skill development and performance. Foster collaboration across finance, operations, marketing, and product teams.
Overall Skill Requirement:
Strong expertise in BI & reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
