Senior Manager Compliance

**What you will do:**
+ Supports the Compliance program of a Business Unit or Country and supports the activities of the senior leadership team within their Division or Region / Country in implementing a risk based compliance program. This position is responsible for independently managing elements of the compliance program and leading projects to detect and mitigate compliance risk while ensuring alignment to the global Compliance strategy and plan.
+ Collaborates with senior leaders within the Division or Region/Country to lead policy development, trainings, audits, and monitoring programs. To be effective, the Sr Compliance Manager must influence senior leaders and develop deep relationships across the businesses they support.
+ Responsible for supporting Senior Leadership within Business Unit/Divisions or Countries and their respective Compliance Committees and/or leadership teams to maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. This is a highly specialized individual contributor role that requires deep expertise from a professional / technical thought leader in their respective field or discipline.
+ This position typically requires extensive experience in a specialized field and an advanced college degree or equivalent.
+ As a key expert, the job requires in-depth knowledge and understanding within one discipline. They are regarded within the organization as a technical 'expert' in their particular field. The job covers a wide range of activities that require complex judgements and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. In-depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
**What you need:**
+ Over 10 to 15years of experience in relevant fields from Pharma & consulting(managed healthcare clients)
+ Led several critical projects
+ Core execution skills are not mandatory for this role
+ Key areas of expertise include: Risk Assessment, Compliance Governance, Enterprise Risk Management & Investigations
