Senior Manager, Business Analytics
Summary: The Senior Manager, Business Analytics, will serve as the strategic leader and program manager driving analytics initiatives. This position places significant emphasis on comprehensive program management, overseeing analytics initiatives, delivering actionable insights and implementing advanced analytics solutions. Responsibilities include establishing program structure, ensuring successful program delivery, providing executive level updates, facilitating informed decision-making, align cross-functional team and effectively matrix-managing resources allocated to the program.
Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Lead comprehensive project planning, establish milestones, manage resource efficiently and ensure timely deliverables
- Lead workshops to define objectives, capture requirements and align stakeholder effectively
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication among analytics, digital solution, product development, operational and business teams
- Manage project risks proactively, clearly communicating impacts and mitigation plan to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Establish structured governance frameworks and promote continuous improvement across analytics projects
- Matrix manages resources assigned to target program/project
Analytics Leadership:
- Guide initiatives to map, analyze and optimize operational workflow holistically and implement automated qualify control, structured audits and feedback mechanisms
- Lead the deployment of scalable analytics solution to enhance analytics capabilities
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and proactively introduce innovation to strengthen analytics maturity for sustainable long-term use
- Support strategic analytics projects under business analytics function
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Information System or related field; Master’s preferred
· 7+ years’ experience in analytics or technical project management
· PMP certificate preferred
· Strong capabilities in program governance, stakeholder communication, strategic planning and risk management
· Demonstrated success in managing complex analytics program globally
· Knowledge in analytics methodologies, predictive analytics, data mining and AI-driven solutions
· Highly organized and proactive problem solver
· Continuous learning and BPI mindset
