**Job Description**
+ Establish, enforce, and continuously evolve BIM strategy, standards, and protocols across all organizational projects in strict compliance with industry best practices and Saudi Arabian building regulations, leveraging 15+ years of strategic BIM management expertise
+ Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level BIM workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure standardization, regulatory adherence, and organizational scalability
+ Direct and manage large-scale BIM teams including coordinators and modelers, with accountability for performance management, quality standards, professional competency development, and succession planning
+ Manage all BIM project deliverables, including complex 3D models, clash detection, coordination, and 4D/5D modeling, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational specifications
+ Coordinate strategically with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM requirements into project planning and execution phases, serving as the primary BIM authority
+ Conduct rigorous analysis of project data and BIM metrics to identify inefficiencies, implement corrective solutions, and optimize project delivery timelines and costs across the portfolio
+ Maintain strict quality control and verification of all BIM models and documentation throughout project lifecycles, establishing best practice benchmarks
+ Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and mentorship initiatives to establish and maintain BIM competency standards across the organization
+ Monitor advancements in BIM software, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to ensure organizational systems remain current, competitive, and compliant
+ Prepare detailed reports and presentations on BIM performance metrics, return on investment, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership review and decision-making
+ Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships with BIM software providers to ensure optimal system performance, support, and cost-effectiveness
+ Serve as organizational thought leader on BIM best practices, contributing to industry standards development and positioning the organization as a BIM center of excellence
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 15 years of professional experience in BIM management, coordination, and strategic implementation across large-scale projects
+ Advanced proficiency in BIM software platforms, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related modeling tools, with demonstrated expertise in complex model development
+ Extensive experience leading, mentoring, and managing large BIM teams in corporate and project-based environments
+ Comprehensive knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and industry frameworks (ISO 19650, LOD specifications) with proven ability to establish organizational standards
+ Proven expertise in project management methodologies, construction project delivery, and digital transformation initiatives
+ Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and drive organizational improvements
+ Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders
+ Advanced proficiency in clash detection, coordination, model management, and quality assurance protocols
+ Comprehensive working knowledge of construction documentation, specifications, and regulatory compliance
+ Ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments and demonstrate compliance with regional requirements
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Extensive documented experience managing large-scale BIM projects in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia
+ In-depth working knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, construction standards, and local compliance requirements
+ Professional BIM certification (Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent advanced credential)
+ Demonstrated expertise with 4D scheduling, 5D cost modeling, and advanced BIM analytics
+ Advanced proficiency in project management software, collaboration platforms, and enterprise-level BIM coordination systems
+ Professional background in architecture, engineering, or construction disciplines with progressive leadership experience
+ Proven track record leading strategic digital transformation initiatives and establishing BIM centres of excellence
+ Advanced proficiency in multiple BIM tools such as Tekla, ArchiCAD, Civil 3D, or specialist domain modeling software
+ Experience developing and implementing organizational BIM standards and best practice frameworks
+ Demonstrated success in vendor management and technology partnership development
