The Senior Manager Assistant supports the Group President, USCS Executive Office and will report to the VPA. This role steers a wide range of strategic and enterprise initiatives critical to achieving business and team objectives, operating as a central member of the Executive Office and Leadership Team and collaborating closely with senior leaders, key partners across the enterprise, and other D/MAs. The successful candidate will possess outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills, and will have a proven record of excellence operating independently and within a high performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Office with overall planning and day-to-day operations, acting as a thought partner on various initiatives and projects
Partner with leadership teams and other ‘chief of staff’ across businesses to create and drive organizational strategy including goals and key priorities, strategic planning, and support on adhoc initiatives
Accelerate understanding of the businesses and teams within the Group President’s portfolio, and rapidly cultivate trusted, high-impact relationships.
Lead organizational planning and operational processes for the leadership team(s), including executive level meeting / presentation planning, business partner support, and other critical cross-team projects
Drive colleague engagement initiatives including organizing roundtables, colleague campaigns, intern program support, and colleague survey action plans
Optimize operations and proactively identify efficiencies across the Executive Office
Shape and execute the end-to-end communications strategy and planning for critical team and enterprise engagements (e.g., town halls, off-sites, leadership meetings, broad communications).
Closely support cross-functional operational processes such as budget and P/L management, investment planning, scorecard measurement and PMP, regulatory and compliance training
Qualifications:
Highly motivated self-starter who can provide strategic thought leadership and willing to jump into any issue or project
Easily adaptable, comfortable with change, and navigating through ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities at one time
Experience operating outside your comfort zone, ability to learn quickly, work effectively with little direction, and take the lead where appropriate
Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations)
Exceptional interpersonal skills, being able to build trust and relationships quickly across the team and with key stakeholders, work well with others, and keep a pulse on team morale
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills both verbally and in written presentations, being able to think strategically and creatively to tell a story
Ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment, and lead others even with limited direct authority
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Operates with the utmost discretion and integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
High intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn. Unafraid to ask questions and actively engage in order to make positive and meaningful contributions
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
