We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Manager – Applications Development

We will count on you to:

Strong experience in creation and maintaining of CI-CD Pipeline with GitHub Action (preferable).Strong professional experience automating AWS configuration, build and deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation or other equivalentsExperience in managing Amazon Web Services (Lambda, Step Function, EKS, EC2, S3, ELB, ALB, NLB, etc.) is required, as well as a solid understanding of the different services AWS providesExperience with code repositories (Git), continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, Maven or Gradle)Experience designing and maintaining reliable, high-availability production systems and services.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science10+ years of Development Experience in any of the programming languages including Java, Python, Bash.Monitoring automation; make sure that the correct monitors are deployed at the application level so that any failures can be quickly detected and repaired.Excellent knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL), and Windows systems knowledge a plus.Experience with container systems (Docker) and container orchestration (e.g. EKS, Kubernetes, Swarm), Kubernetes experience is must.Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, Layer 3 and Layer 7 load balancing, etc.)Experience with creating helm charts, understanding/defining name spaces
