Senior Manager - Applications Development

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in ASP.Net and related technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality software solutions and a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that meet our business needs.

We will count on you to:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.Net, ASP.Net WebAPI, and WCF.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Implement and maintain database solutions using MSSQL, including writing stored procedures.Develop user interfaces using AngularJS, MVC, and WebForms.Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns in software development.Utilize Entity Framework for data access and manipulation.Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices in development

What you need to have: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience10 – 12years of experienceProven experience in ASP.Net, ASP.Net WebAPI, and WCF.Strong knowledge of MSSQL and experience with stored procedures.Proficiency in front-end technologies, including AngularJS, MVC, and WebForms.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.Experience with Entity Framework.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Leadership: Inspiring and motivating team members, setting a vision, and guiding the team towards achieving goals.Conflict Resolution: The ability to address and resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring a harmonious work environment.Coaching and Development: Supporting team members in their professional growth through mentoring, feedback, and training opportunities.Performance Management: Setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and conducting evaluations to ensure team members meet their goals.Team Building: Creating a cohesive team culture, fostering collaboration, and encouraging diversity and inclusion.
