We’re looking for an experienced **Senior Manager,** **Accounting** to join our team. In this role, you’ll support critical financial functions including general ledger accounting, shared services, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and external audits. You’ll ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of fiscal records and play a key role in preparing and analyzing internal financial reports that drive business decisions. **Your Impact** As a Senior Manager, Accounting, you’ll be a leader and a problem-solver who strengthens our financial foundation. By ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency, you’ll safeguard company assets and contribute to operational excellence across the business. **What You’ll Do** + **Lead & Develop** : Design and direct the work of the accounting team. Recruit, coach, and develop talent while setting clear expectations and managing performance. + **Financial Reporting** : Oversee general ledger activities and prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and supporting schedules). Provide meaningful analysis and recommendations to leadership. + **Compliance & Controls** : Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and manage internal controls to protect company assets. Support external audits by coordinating staff and ensuring timely, accurate responses. + **Process Improvement** : Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and stronger financial controls.
