Job Description Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to join our real estate
team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will specialize in developing and customizing CRM
solutions tailored to real estate industry workflows, supporting sales, leasing, property
management, and customer engagement initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements with real estate business stakeholders, including sales, leasing, marketing, and property management teams, to capture CRM and workflow needs specific to the real estate industry.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, dashboards supporting real estate business processes such as lead management, opportunity tracking, inventory management, bookings, contract management, and customer service. • Configure Salesforce modules (primarily Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) to address requirements, such as creating new dashboards, creating analytical reports, creating trackers etc.

• Integrate Salesforce with other real estate systems (e.g., property listing portals, ERP for inventory/finance, marketing platforms)

• Maintain and automate business rules for real estate scenarios—site visits, customer follow-ups and document management.

• Create and maintain monthly, quarterly dashboards and reports for sales pipeline, revenue generation, collection schedules, and agent performance.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and IT to continuously improve system functionality and user adoption specific to the property sector.

• Ensure data security, privacy (including customer and property data), and compliance with industry regulations within the Salesforce environment.

• Stay updated with Salesforce enhancements and best practices relevant to the real estate industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or MBA or equivalent • 5–7+ years of Salesforce development/analyst experience, with preference for real estate industry exposure.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce platform customization (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL).

• Experience with consulting process automations (site visit scheduling, payment plans, booking workflows).

• Strong grasp of system integrations, especially with property listing sites, ERP, and marketing automation platforms.

• Proficiency using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards) for real estate/consulting business cases.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator) advantageous.

• Familiarity with sales terminology/marketing cycles, inventory management, and property documentation processes.

• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience supporting cross-functional teams. Location: Hyderabad, India (onsite/hybrid options may be available depending on company policy). Added Advantage:

• Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations for real estate developers, agents, or property management companies.

• Familiarity with CRM mobile app customization for field sales/agents.

• Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and community portals for brokers or buyers.
