Handling leads/RFPs for South India – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala as per process inclusive of:Lead qualificationManagement approval on leadCo-ordination with operations and procurement teamsCoordination with legal, compliance teams where documentation is involvedPricing approvals from State lead, regional head and MD prior to submission of proposalMeeting with clients to present our capability/solutions for IFM or Property Management based on requirement.Ensuring timely closure with respect to documentations – LOA and agreements.Ensuring P&L BTR approvals upon confirmation of lead.Quarterly travel to respective states for client engagement/lead generation as necessaryAdherence to RFP timelines for submission.
