These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.Bring your HR transformation expertise to a role that blends market building, project delivery, and team leadership across Eurasia. You’ll open and grow PwC’s HR Consulting offering in the region — leading strategic bids, delivering complex projects (HR operating model and process redesign, HRIS selection/implementation, performance & rewards, org design, change & engagement), and hiring/developing a local consulting team, supported by PwC’s regional network.

· Business development: originate opportunities, shape proposals, nurture relationships with HR and business executives.
· Lead delivery: run transformation programs end-to-end; assure quality, margin, and client outcomes.
· Grow the practice: hire, coach and develop consulting team; establish methods, assets, and ways of working.
What we’re looking for:
· Senior Manager or Director with 10+ years in HR consulting / transformation, incl. 3–5 years leading teams or practice development.
· Proven business development track record in emerging or developing markets.
· Expertise in at least three of the following HR strategic areas: workforce strategy, performance management & rewards, people analytics, organisational design and governance, change management.
· Hands-on experience with HR function transformation, process redesign and HR tech implementation.
· Excellent stakeholder management and C-suite communication.
· Language: Fluent English and Russian; Uzbek is an advantage.
· Willingness to travel across Eurasia (primarily Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan & Uzbekistan).
