JOB TITLE: Senior Manager LOCATION: Irving, TX DUTIES: Analyze and present merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities relevant for the company. Drive the assessment of acquisitions from economic analysis to document negotiation. Undertake financial analysis and financial modelling covering discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, sum-of-the-parts, precedents and comparable companies. Interface with various counterparts to facilitate due diligence, deal closing and integration processes. Collaborate with Directors and senior management to evaluate and present M&A opportunities. Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality analytical support on transactions. Perform financial statement analysis, prepare and review valuation materials, and compile and present marketing documents for evaluating transaction opportunities. Oversee due diligence and client communication. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Finance Manager, Investment Associate, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 7 years of experience in financial analysis and modelling. Experience therein to include 2 years of experience in the following: performing financial statement analysis; financial modelling that includes discounted cash flows and sum-of-the-parts; preparing and reviewing valuation materials; compiling and presenting marketing documents for evaluating transaction opportunities; and overseeing due diligence and client communication.
