What Part Will You Play?

Lead, manage and develop a team of Financial Analysts of all levels, in accordance with company / Finance team objectives, including:

Mentor team in "how to think" Finance and business / adhoc analysis skills

Personal and professional development of all staff.  

Create and plan team goals

Create and plan monthly routines for team

Manage priorities across systems, initiatives, changing financial conditions and guidance and cultures/processes in a transformation, integration, and separation.

Communicate with Business owners, helping them understand monthly performance, perform insightful analysis, forecasts and budgets, and help them pivot in quickly changing financial challenges.  

Be conversant with GAAP and non-GAAP adjustments.

Create ad hoc analysis, ready to drill down two levels with business owners and senior Finance team leaders.

Work with Accounting on accruals, posting. Discover unplanned variances, following up with, investigate and plan for forecasting.

Create Risk and Opportunities forward looking view.

Understand complex business cases, workforce planning / headcount tracking, vendor tracking, contract implementation.

Approve purchase requests and determine alignment with forecasts and budgets.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

8 years increasingly responsible related work experience

Experience managing a multimillion (>$500MM) multi-faceted budget

Leadership/Supervisory experience

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

CPA

Able to balance priorities, understand accounting variances, and understand Business Owners.

Excellent communication skills

​Creative and adaptable at managing priorities
