Design review, and execution of civil works related to WCS, ADITS, and PH structures.Ensure alignment of construction activities with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution.Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce safety protocols and quality control.Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.Coordinate with other departments (electrical, mechanical, procurement) for integrated project delivery.Maintain documentation Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringB.Tech with minimum 12–15 years of experience or Diploma with minimum 20 years experience in large-scale hydroelectric or infrastructure projectsProven experience in Water Conductor Systems (WCS), Access Adits, and Powerhouse (PH) civil works.Strong background in tunnel construction, underground works, and hydraulic structures
