Plan, coordinate, and monitor E&M project execution in alignment with schedule and budget. Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure seamless execution of E&M works. Review technical designs documents, technical specifications, and vendor drawings for turbines, generators, transformers, switchgear, control systems, and balance-of-plant equipment. Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor performance for major E&M packages. Oversee site erection, testing, commissioning, and performance guarantee tests.
