Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager II, Business Analytics to oversee financial reporting and analytics in the Business Analytics & Decision Support Center of Expertise team supporting our Corporate Services and Energy & Resource segments. In this exciting role, you will work strategically to analyze data, trends and develop and implement standardized reporting, and other financial processes and procedures that better optimize our financial reporting and analytics. What You'll Do Support FP&A reporting for the financial close cycles including month-end and quarterly closeSupport the collection and consolidation of data from the segment teams to support all requirements during annual budget and monthly forecastingInterprets internal data and is able to recommend analysis or solutions that can be used to support problem solving and/or tracking the business resultsSupport the VP of Finance and Finance Directors to provide financial and analytical support to drive decision-makingConduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 3 years
