Key responsibilities:
Opportunity screening
Work with senior team on screening opportunities and coordinating feedback from business teams Develop interaction with various investment banks to obtain possible acquisition ideas/ opportunities Support in identifying buyers and execution of internal divestment opportunitiesFinancial analysis and Due Diligence
Review financial statements, cap table, management projections etc. Support in appointment of external advisors as required iii. Coordinate with cross functional teams and external advisors for undertaking due diligence iv. Coordinate with target/bankers for information flow v. Co-ordinate with cross functional teams on DD outcomes, identification of risks and mitigationBusiness case, financial model and valuation assessment
Work with business teams to develop projections, validate assumptions and identify synergies Develop the business case/financial model for the opportunity, valuation range and return analysisPreparation of Presentations, Notes and Term sheets
Prepare presentations with analysis of the opportunities, valuation and recommendations for internal approvals Support in drafting of binding/ non-binding offersDocumentation, structuring, Transaction closing and Post closing
Support in negotiations, documentation and closing of transaction Coordinate with internal legal team & external lawyers, tax and functional teams Support in post-closing activities including but not limited to necessary regulatory filings, stock exchange reporting, press releases and other post-closing activities Support post acquisition integration and post acquisition performance monitoring & periodic reviews.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
MBA (Tier 1 College) or CA (First Attempt), Undergrad: B.Tech, B.Com, BPharm, MBBS or BVSC.
Experience
Tenure: 3 - 6 years of Investment banking or M&A / Transaction experience post qualification
