Work with senior team on screening opportunities and coordinating feedback from business teams ii. Develop interaction with various investment banks to obtain possible acquisition ideas/ opportunities iii. Support in identifying buyers and execution of internal divestment opportunities **Financial analysis and Due Diligence** i. Review financial statements, cap table, management projections etc. ii. Support in appointment of external advisors as required iii. iii. Coordinate with cross functional teams and external advisors for undertaking due diligence iv. iv. Coordinate with target/bankers for information flow v. v. Co-ordinate with cross functional teams on DD outcomes, identification of risks and mitigation **Business case, financial model and valuation assessment** i. Work with business teams to develop projections, validate assumptions and identify synergies ii. Develop the business case/financial model for the opportunity, valuation range and return analysis **Preparation of Presentations, Notes and Term sheets** i. Prepare presentations with analysis of the opportunities, valuation and recommendations for internal approvals ii. Support in drafting of binding/ non-binding offers **Documentation, structuring, Transaction closing and Post closing** i. Support in negotiations, documentation and closing of transaction ii. Coordinate with internal legal team & external lawyers, tax and functional teams iii. Support in post-closing activities including but not limited to necessary regulatory filings, stock exchange reporting, press releases and other post-closing activities iv. Support post acquisition integration and post acquisition performance monitoring & periodic reviews. **Travel Estimate** Moderate **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification:** MBA (Tier 1 College) or CA (First Attempt), Undergrad: B.Tech, B.Com, BPharm, MBBS or BVSC. **Experience** _Tenure_ : 3 - 6 years of Investment banking or M&A / Transaction experience post qualification **Key Qualities:** i.
