Senior Manager – Source to Pay System (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret business requirements to design and implement effective solutions.Lead and contribute to various projects under STP roadmap e.g. Global Ariba Deployment, Global S4 HANA Rollout, including support and enhancement initiatives for legacy (Ariba, ECC etc.) & new applications (ARIBA, S4 HANA & related integrations with Workday, Okta, Vertex, CPAi, Jaggaer, GTS etc.) across various business units and global regions.Oversee tracking (L2 support) and resolution of production support issues (L3 Support), ensuring timely delivery of enhancements (BAU), managing escalations, and providing regular status updates to project leadership.Work closely with Business stakeholders, GBS teams, cross-functional partners, and external SI partner to deliver high-quality solutions that support business and procurement excellence.
 

Your Profile:

University degree and/or MBA and 10+ year experience in a relevant area of responsibilityPossesses 10+ years of experience in STP systems and integrations, including SAP ECC MM, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and
related modules.Demonstrates strong hands-on expertise with SAP ECC MM, CIG integration, SAP Ariba Network, SAP PI/PO, and
integrations with S/4HANA, Workday, Okta, Vertex, CPAi, Jaggaer, GTS, and other enterprise platforms.Interprets business requirements and leads key project activities across design, build, training, user engagement, and deployment phases.Manages L2 support activities and oversees L3 issue resolution, ensuring timely delivery of BAU enhancements, handling escalations, and providing consistent status updates to project leadership.Skilled in monitoring production support issues, tracking enhancement timelines, and communicating progress and risks to leadership teams.Provides expert recommendations and consults with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and implement effective solutions.Collaborates closely with ITS, Enterprise Excellence teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes for the business.Highly proficient in Agile and hybrid software development methodologies.Brings extensive experience in global ERP/SAP/Ariba rollouts for STP processes.Good Communication- and problem solution skillsQuality- and target-oriented way of working.Analytical/Logical operation methodIndependent working style & able lead the projectProven ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Highly professional attitude characterized by a results, quality and customer-oriented working styleKeen perception and readiness of mind complemented by an understanding for complex interrelations and a structured and systematic problem-solving approachFluent in written and spoken English is obligatory; a further European language would be beneficialWillingness to travel according to the business need
