Senior Manager – Program Portfolio Management
Job Description Collaborate with eCRMs Product team to establish 2026 roadmap, scope, and OKRs for Project Bedrock, and ensure buy-in across eCRMs and Line of Business stakeholders Continue establishing foundational PMO framework for Project Bedrock, including the governance model, workstream project plans, issues escalation management, decision rights, and reporting standards Lead the management and integration of multiple workstreams simultaneously, adjusting scope, timing, and budgets to efficiently utilize resources as necessary Create and execute on robust communications plan with senior Tech leadership, Line of Business stakeholders, eCRMs leadership and colleagues to provide regular updates as to ongoing activities, schedules, and risks Oversee vendor management, including onboarding and performance management, to ensure alignment with Bedrock objectives Establish baseline metrics and conduct ongoing measurement and dashboard reporting of progress towards OKRs for Project Bedrock Collaborate with Technical Delivery colleagues to ensure all engineering development is on-time and efficient Drive LPM activities for the Sales Domain within eCRMS Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations stakeholders to plan, manage, and execute strategic initiatives across the eCRMs portfolio Develop, maintain, and communicate portfolio-level plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business goals Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across projects and work with cross-functional teams to proactively mitigate Produce executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and steering committees Support prioritization efforts across multiple programs and initiatives, balancing competing demands and lines of business priorities Foster collaboration and transparent communication across product, engineering, and lines of business to ensure initiative success Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required with Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Information Technology preferred Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in leading technology program implementation, product management, or technology strategy Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Project Management certification (e.g., e.g., Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association / Prince 2 / CSM - Certified Scrum Master / CSPO - Certified Scrum product owner) preferred Highly skilled in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, Tableau, MS Project) Skilled in Agile product development methodologies and enterprise collaboration tools (Rally, Confluence, etc.) Excellent/sharp/concise/clear verbal and written communication skills, a must. The ability to interact effectively with diverse audience across Business and Technical teams, and more senior audiences are a must. Superb presentation building skills with ability to “tell a story” in a clear and concise way to various types of audiences. Very strong collaboration skills – ability to build strong partnerships and navigate cross functional teams to deliver on shared objectives. Proven success in stakeholder management and executing within complex governance structures History of high performance and adaptability to adjust to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity Proven ability to lead and manage workstreams independently and juggle multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment
