Senior Manager – Commercial & Industrial Portfolio
Location: Remote (Candidates in Northern IN Region are strongly preferred)

To support our recent growth in the North Central region, we are currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead ICF’s Commercial and Industrial (C&I) energy efficiency programs. As a Senior Manager, you will lead the development and management of ICF’s standard prescriptive, custom, small business, and strategic energy management programs. You’ll build relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, design/implement program strategies and plans, as well as develop and execute marketing and recruiting strategies.

Program design leadership to include identification, analysis, and selection of appropriate product offerings for effective program delivery Program implementation to include developing program theory, design, delivery, and successful execution of utility-based programs Developing comprehensive plans to include: resource/labor, communication, implementation, project, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) Maintain comprehensive project tracking and provide leadership with relevant status updates and trending information Manage program teams and subcontractors responsible for forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing regulatory support Mentoring, leading, and collaborating with portfolio/program team members Travel Requirements: Up to 25% of the time within the Northern Indiana Region for site visits, conferences, events and client meetings (reimbursement for mileage provided).What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Energy Resources, Policy, Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or related discipline (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)8+ years of experience developing, designing, and managing successful energy efficiency and/or demand reduction programs for the residential and/or business market segments and/or related experience 3+ years of experience leading a team (both in-house and virtual)

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$118,730.00 - $201,840.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
