Join our Commodities and Global Markets Post-Trade division within the Rates Management Team. We play a pivotal role in curating and producing the rates essential for valuing, settling, and managing risk across a diverse portfolio of derivative products. Working in close collaboration with both the business and technology teams, the Rates Management Team operates in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment to ensure the availability of accurate business rates for trading, profit and loss reporting, risk management, and position oversight.

As a Senior Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the teams to design and implement rate curves for new trading activities, delivering timely solutions that drive business success. You'll play a key part in strategic, high-impact projects that support new business setups, streamlining rate capture processes, and rolling out innovative reporting platforms. Your expertise will shape corporate-sponsored initiatives, while your partnership with Technology will fuel platform enhancements to meet evolving business needs. 
Leading a team of Business Analysts and Rates Specialist's, you'll champion strategic alignment and a collaborative culture, all while expanding your knowledge across a diverse range of products and systems within Commodities and Global Markets Post-Trade division. What you offer

Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in financial services, preferably in a risk analytics or similar capacity. Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of derivatives across commodities, FX, and/or interest rate markets. Technical Acumen: While coding is not a requirement, familiarity with technology stacks is essential. Basic knowledge of Python or equivalent scripting languages, along with exposure to major market data providers such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv, is highly desirable. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with prior experience managing or leading a team being advantageous. Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, with a focus on delivering sustainable and innovative solutions.
