**Description**
**Position Summary**
The Sr. Manager, Workforce Management is responsible for overseeing the functional configurations of the Workforce Management (WFM) suite across North America. This includes Forecasting, Budgeting, Scheduling, Labor Compliance, Task Management, Time & Attendance, and Labor Analytics.
This role partners with Payroll, HR, Legal, Sales/Retail Operations, Global Information Services, Brand teams, and regional program managers to ensure system functionality and adoption. The Sr. Manager leads system enhancements, deployment planning, and policy integration to ensure seamless operations and user adoption across all brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
Business Functional (50%)
•Lead configuration changes in the WFM Suite, including pay categories, labor compliance, special events, and calendar updates.
•Gather business requirements to support new WFM functionality and brand-specific configurations.
•Support new store setup and ensure accurate application of retail policies and procedures.
•Maintain training environments: load data, create test stores/schedules, and generate user access.
•Collaborate with Education to support training content and store readiness.
•Monitor workload capacity by store/week and ensure alignment with business needs.
•Drive consistency and simplification across brands.
Business Analysis (20%)
•Manage analytics and reporting; ensure access for both field and corporate users.
•Serve as Level 2 business support for WFM-related issues.
•Document workflows and user support models.
•Collaborate with Legal, HR, and IS on reporting requirements and process improvements.
Administrative (30%)
•Manage user access, org hierarchy, and security roles in the WFM Suite.
•Oversee task feedback, survey assignment, and organizational structure updates.
•Serve as system administrator for WFM, Task Management, and Labor Analytics applications.
•Maintain forecasting and budgeting accuracy, including labor drivers and wage structures.
•Troubleshoot system issues, interface errors, and escalate to technical teams as needed.
•Ensure data integrity and system synchronization across connected platforms.
**Qualifications**
•Minimum 7 years in Retail Operations, HR Systems, or Retail Technology; store management experience a plus.
•Strong project planning and implementation experience.
•Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
•Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
•Comfortable with technical system configurations and troubleshooting.
